Pharmacy
Union Health Service operates a modern clinical pharmacy at its Polk Street Center to fill outpatient prescriptions exclusively for UHS members. In response to the special needs of UHS members, our pharmacy has staff fluent in English, Polish, and Spanish, as well as translators in the clinic for other languages.

The pharmacy operates on a not-for-profit basis and its low prices help make your prescriptions more affordable. Most important, our pharmacy staff works closely with all UHS physicians to discuss options and provide information important to your health care.
Laboratory
Union Health Service has partnered with LabCorp to offer laboratory services at its Polk Street Center exclusively for UHS members. Also for added convenience, LabCorp operates independent Patient Service Centers throughout the Chicagoland and North West Indiana region. Click the link below for a listing of centers.
